"A customer, Solange Troncoso, has sued the chain after buying a sour cream and onion–flavored bag labeled as a packaged “potato skins” snack at a Bronx bodega, alleging the product contains potato flakes and potato starch but no actual potato skins and that she would not have paid $1.99 had she known. The suit points out that the Idaho Potato Commission has long linked potato skins with healthy eating and argues that the implied presence of skins adds value for reasonable consumers. The chain has not yet commented on the litigation." - Greg Morabito
