"An Oregon-based vegetarian burger chain is opening a location inside the flagship Whole Foods at 525 North Lamar Boulevard this fall. The menu centers on fully plant-based burgers — including an umami mushroom-and-quinoa option and sausage-style patties — and also features hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, fries (available baked), soy- or coconut-based shakes, and a breakfast selection with pancakes and Eggs Benedict. The small chain currently has six mostly West Coast locations and first partnered with Whole Foods when expanding to the East Coast at the Fort Greene 365 store; under the Friends of Whole Foods Market program this outlet will operate relatively independently within the store, reflecting a shared focus on innovative, values-driven, plant-based offerings." - Erin Russell
