"An Oregon-based vegetarian burger chain is opening a location inside the flagship Whole Foods at 525 North Lamar Boulevard this fall. The menu centers on fully plant-based burgers — including an umami mushroom-and-quinoa option and sausage-style patties — and also features hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, fries (available baked), soy- or coconut-based shakes, and a breakfast selection with pancakes and Eggs Benedict.
