"A food-truck-turned-restaurant (complete with a food truck on site) that serves unapologetically bold, joyfully unrestrained dishes: fish tacos of sashimi-grade tuna are elegant, punchy and virtuous-sized mouthfuls; shrimp arrives atop a sticky puddle of ground cornmeal grits with a bourbon sauce that turns it into a boozy, buttery mess; chips with mussel-and-bacon chowder are an outrageous, joyous comfort; and desserts such as a dark, gooey chocolate brownie with thick cream and sprinkles or a sultana-studded brioche-and-butter pudding in vanilla custard keep the playful tone.
