"You can find mandu at many of the Korean restaurants in the Seattle area (though good luck finding any made in-house), but short of traveling to Federal Way, the only place you’ll find wang mandu (larger “king” dumplings) is at Hyang Mi, part of the tiny food court inside G Mart in Lynnwood. These homemade dumplings are filled with pork, cabbage, onions, and glass noodles, then deep-fried until golden brown and crispy.
