"When Cooks of Crocus Hill hosted Bellecour at its Minneapolis location it carved out a creative counter that transformed a cookware shop into a daily grab-and-go destination, serving Bellecour pastries, wraps, salads, and crepe cakes alongside freshly brewed coffee and espresso; the partnership proved so successful that Cooks’ flagship later added a shop-within-shop in St. Paul.
