Where to Eat and Party on Halloween 2018 in Portland
"The sprawling, multi-roomed, arcade, bowling alley, and karaoke bar Punch Bowl Social is hosting what will be the most twee Halloween event around with its Wes Anderson-themed party on Saturday, October 27. Guests are strongly encouraged to dress as their favorite Anderson characters, with prizes for the best dressed.
