"A popular gelato counter operated by the Four Eagles Group that began in The Venetian's St. Mark's Square, offering 48 flavors of Italian gelato developed under the supervision of Chef Luciano Pellegrini (formerly of Valentino). The concept is relocating about one mile up the Strip into a purpose-built kiosk outside Planet Hollywood Resort near the property's north entrance by Gordon Ramsay Burger; the new outpost will carry a similar roster of gelato and add coffee roasted in Florence.
