"At the downtown Italian staple in Hotel Monaco, new chef Nic Lebas — French and new to Denver — has launched his first breakfast, brunch, and dinner menus after following big local names like Jennifer Jasinski and Elise Wiggins in the kitchen. New menu items include a whole roasted chicken with grilled endive, rosemary potatoes, chicken foie gras jus, and olive aioli; a lobster and scallop agnolotti with lobster consommé, trumpet mushrooms, and pickled turnips; and a pistachio olive oil cake with citrus meringue and basil sorbet for dessert." - Josie Sexton
