Hawks Public House

Gastropub · Alhambra Triangle

"Step inside the richly hued, velvety atmosphere of Hawks Provisions and Public House, and Molly Hawks and Michael Fagnoni’s intentions with their second restaurant become immediately clear. This Michelin-recognized gastropub in East Sacramento takes great care to pack as much flavor as possible into each bite without overwhelming the senses; the popular fried Brussels sprouts are doused in a rich Parmesan vinaigrette tempered with tangy lemon and torn herbs, and the whipped Brie that tops the fusilli gets swirled with broccolini pistou, roasted chanterelles, and crisped kale. In true Sacramento fashion, Hawks’ menu changes with the seasons, which makes it an excellent standby for multiple visits over time." - Tamerra Griffin

Gaspachos is family owned and inspired by the initiative to share healthier Mexican food options with our community. We opened our first brick and mortar, Gaspachos, in South Sacramento in 2019. The name is inspired by the authentic fruit cup known as a Gaspacho from Morelia, Michoacan. There, we've crafted raw, fruit cup recipes deeply rooted to our Mexican upbringing.Gaspachos 2.0 proudly carries on our vision with Mexican dishes that don’t leave you feeling heavy and some of our signature fruit cups.
