New Baltimore Hotel Eateries Highlight Local Beverages | Eater DC
"I visited the boutique hotel taking up residence in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon neighborhood this spring; located at 101 W. Monument Street, it has carved out room for two Mid-Atlantic–themed in-house restaurants, rooftop Topside and ground-floor Square Meal. Both outlets will be overseen by Baltimore native chef Wilbur Cox Jr. — who has cooked at Bistro Rx and at restaurants associated with Kimpton hotels — and bar manager Chelsea Gregoire, founder of beverage consulting company Drinkable Genius, and they're focused on pouring specialty drinks from Ceremony Coffee Roasters and Old Line Spirits. Square Meal is scheduled to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, while Topside will provide dinner daily and Sunday brunch." - Warren Rojas
