Rivas Mexican expands to the Southwest and Carson City | Eater Vegas

"I've watched Rivas Mexican Grill, which bills itself as the “home of the ‘best steak fries in town,’” rapidly expand from its 2010 start in Sunrise to nearly 10 locations; it's slated to replace the shuttered La Enchilada at 557 S. Saliman Road in Carson City in a 988-square-foot space that already includes the option of a drive-thru and room for outdoor seating, and will also take over 1,178 square feet at the under-construction retail center at 5660 Hualapai Way.
