"Located on the far side of the I-205, Just Tea is a drive-thru-only bubble tea shop off of Southeast 122nd. While this may seem like a daunting journey for most Portlanders, there is a singular item on the menu that makes the trek worth it: the Japanese-style souffle pancakes. These fluffy babies can come bathed in either a caramel or matcha cream, but achieve peak deliciousness with the decadent uji matcha cream.
