The onsight McGavock’s Coffee Bar and Provisions, which has transformed into the World’s Best Cup of Coffee pop-up bar, will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. serving pastries, coffees, and festive mimosas. The hotel’s signature restaurant, 1799 Kitchen and Cocktails, will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. serving branzino, a bone-in elk chop, and fresh halibut paired with craft cocktails.
