Prince’s Hot Chicken Lands in Greenville, South Carolina - Eater Carolinas
"Prince’s Hot Chicken, known for its famous hot chicken dish, is expanding to Greenville, South Carolina. Prince’s will open in November in the Yee-Haw Brewing Company location at 307 East McBee Avenue. Yee-Haw will carry the same menu as Prince’s in Nashville, with options ranging from plain to “XXX HOT” chicken. The brewery is reopening after closing for six months due to Covid-19. The new facility will have outdoor dining and other upgrades. Semone Jeffries, whose mother has owned Prince’s for 38 years, will visit Greenville to train staff on how to make the hot chicken. The proprietary hot spice mix will remain a secret, made in Nashville and transported to Greenville." - Erin Perkins
