"Xalisko Cocina Mexicana is the first restaurant by chef Beatriz Martines, set to debut in the Woodlands. The restaurant is 5,500 square feet with a seating capacity for 180, including two private dining rooms and a 26-seat bar. The design incorporates natural light, green foliage, and custom woodwork to create a luxurious Mexican resort feel. The menu features traditional Mexican dishes with a modern twist, inspired by the Pacific and Midwestern regions of Mexico, such as Jalisco, Michoacan, and Nayarit. Signature dishes include Birria Tatemada, Xquites con Tuetano, and Trompito al Pastor. The restaurant also offers a complete beverage program with beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails." - Mai Pham
