"After both the chef-led restaurant and rooftop bar closed on January 1, 2024, the downtown hotel's website removed references to those concepts and now lists the dining spaces as a generic “rooftop bar” and the “8th & Congress” restaurant, which are currently serving general American food and beverages. A hotel representative confirmed that the property and Landrace Group, LLC decided to part ways, thanked the chef for the collaboration, and said the existing restaurant and bar will be turned into new concepts to be announced later." - Nadia Chaudhury
