"Opened by restaurateur Sam Fox of Culinary Dropout and North Italia and led by executive chef Sean Rainaldi, this cheerful, healthy fast-casual spot in Rampart Commons serves bowls, wraps, grains, greens and a broad selection of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Menu highlights include the Vietnamese Crunch salad, Mediterranean Tabbouleh and crushed avocado toast, with plates and bowls topped with sustainable salmon, grass-fed steak, or organic tofu; beverages include kombucha, fresh-pressed juices, lemonade and alcoholic offerings.
