"It’s hard to get a better Greek salad around D.C. than the one from fast-casual favorite Plaka Grill, especially when topped with lamb-spiked, Chicago-style gyro meat. The Village Salad eschews lettuce for simple chunks of vegetables and feta, as is traditional, and Plaka manages to find decent tomatoes even in the dead of winter.
