"I'm covering two pop-ups at Handsome Hog: a butchery demonstration on Monday, January 14 at 2:30 pm (tickets $30, which include snacks, beer, and wine), and a tasting dinner on Thursday, January 17 called Butcher & the Beast (tickets $160) that will be served inside the restaurant and features a special hog raised just for Justin Sutherland.
