"The 21 Club, located in Midtown Manhattan, was once a speakeasy during the Prohibition era and evolved into one of the city's most storied upscale restaurants. Famous for its jockey figurines and secret wine cellar, it was a place steeped in history and frequented by celebrities and politicians. Known for its American cuisine and classic cocktails, the venue's closure marks the end of a significant chapter in New York's rich culinary and social history." - Stephanie Carter

Santucci's Original Square Pizza

Restaurant · Ventnor City

Santucci's Original Square Pizza finds its roots in South Philadelphia. Founded by the late Joseph and Philomena Santucci, the restaurant opened its door in 1959. During that year the Santucci family moved from South Philly to the Northeast and opened the first Santucci's Original Square Pizza on "O" Street in Juniata Park. Joe and Phil Santucci had a dream to create a strong family business in the hopes of leaving a lasting legacy for their children and grandchildren. That dream became a reality when their son, Frank took over the business and continued the tradition of delicious square pizza for nearly 40 years. Within the last 40 years, Frank, with the assistance of his three children has expanded his parents business to the Italian Market, North Broad, Roxborough and soon Vintner, New Jersey. The Santucci family welcomes everyone to enjoy their family's tradition and most of all delicious square pizza!
