Austin Restaurant Picnik Closes on South First, Houston Restaurant Dish Society Will Open - Eater Austin

"Picnik quietly shuttered its Bouldin Creek location this fall sometime in late October at 1600 South First Street, Suite 110. This location of Picnik opened in June 2022, serving its menu of dishes made without refined sugars, seed oils, gluten, and peanuts. The original restaurant on Burnet Road, which was opened in 2016 by founder Naomi Seifter, remains open, but also it seems as though its South Lamar food truck closed sometime in 2023." - Nadia Chaudhury
