"Opening this March at 1216 SW Morrison Street, Urban Creperie will serve sweet and savory crepes all day — from ratatouille-filled savory crepes to hardcore Nutella sweet versions — and will operate from breakfast through dinner with beer and wine on tap. Ilya Afanassiev, who grew up eating crepes in St. Petersburg, teamed up with partners who opened their first creperie in Nevada to bring the concept to Portland, which seemed limited in crepe offerings.
