"Xun Yu Si Kao is a new destination for Sichuan-style whole roasted fish and other seafood dishes from the Chinese province. It will soon open its doors on Bellaire Boulevard. The Sichuan eatery will be the first Texas outpost for the restaurant, which currently operates locations in Philadelphia and New York City. The menu features seafood dishes such as shui zhu yu, grilled whole fish drenched in spicy oil, and customizable hot pots with a variety of proteins.
