Latin Jazz Bar and Grill Carne Opens on NE Broadway in Portland - Eater Portland

"Carne is a new Latin American bar and grill that opened on July 26. It features wood-fired meats, inexpensive drinks, and has connections to well-known names such as Tod Breslau of the Jupiter Hotel and Matt Brown's Title Bout. The menu, crafted by Chef Joaquin Fernandez, includes starters and sides like gazpacho and papas bravas, along with various cuts of marinated and grilled meat. The restaurant offers affordable drinks, including $4 sangria and $5 Cuba Libres.
