New Indian Cafe Coorg Opens in Mount Pleasant - Eater Carolinas
"Entrepreneur Preethi Machaiah and her family opened the restaurant earlier this year. The owners are from the Coorg region of southern India, also known as Kondagu. The family imports coffee from the Kodagu district for use in the cafe, offering single-origin coffee grown by the family. Coorg Indian Cafe also offers cocktails, beer, wine, small plates, and entrees, including spicy chicken, Coorg ribs, curry lentils, and more, accompanied by naan, cucumber salad, and rice." - Erin Perkins
