One of Silver Spring’s Top Independent Coffee Shops Is Expanding to Clarendon - Eater DC
"Kaldi’s Social House, an Ethiopian-owned cafe in Silver Spring, is expanding to a second location near the Clarendon Metro station. The new shop is expected to open in December at the Ten at Clarendon building. The original Kaldi’s Coffee, opened in 2013 by Tsega Hailemariam, is known for its high-tech Steampunk brewing system and has grown to include alcoholic drinks and a rooftop bar.
