"A perfectly accessible, Italian-esque spot in Burbank with an "incohesive-at-best decor sprung out of a Midwest business hotel like an Omni or Radisson"—complete with brightly lit spaces and hundreds of animal horns above the open kitchen—and a name "derived from the street it sits on" that "couldn’t be more generic." The menu, led by versatile Roman chef Emidio Tidu, is surprisingly solid: a ponzu-topped hamachi carpaccio that could work at Nobu but comes with Italian-inflected shaved red onions and a tangle of microgreens; a pappardelle alla vaccinara made with handmade pasta; and a grilled bone-in rib-eye that comes out seared and juicy. Cocktails are very good for this part of the suburbs; the overall offering provides an unexpected upgrade for families who want something better than chain-Italian options. — Matthew Kang" - Eater Staff
