Origin Coffee Lab & Kitchen, scheduled to arrive this summer between Basic Burger and Lebanese Taverna, will pair pour-overs with fresh day-to-night fare. The 2,000-square-foot venture stars a glass-enclosed roastery that’ll brew up coffee from 10 different regions.
