"The chic Bellevue restaurant from James Beard Award-winning chef Jason Wilson is taking reservations for both brunch and dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The dinner will offer a prime rib special and highlight winter menu items like Iberico pork, Chilean sea bass, A5 Wagyu, and more (there are also vegetarian and vegan options for every course).
