Cousins Maine Lobster wants to open in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"Born from a Shark Tank appearance and financially backed by judge Barbara Corcoran, this food-truck-turned-franchise was launched downtown in 2015 by local franchisees Jimmy Shoshani and John Rouvas and now maintains a permanent spot inside the Smith’s supermarket in Centennial. The owners have applied for a business license to expand into Henderson, though specific locations have not been announced.
