"Opening its third location later this year, the restaurant will occupy the two-story Old Masonic Lodge at 701 South Main Street in Georgetown and will be revamped with an upstairs bar and a patio; it opens October 26 and will serve Juliet’s typical Italian menu — pastas, pizzas and more — under chef Dane Grogg alongside wines and cocktails. Juliet first opened on Barton Springs Road in 2015, expanded into the Arboretum in 2021 and has since launched two ghost kitchens, Benvolio’s (2021) and Little Juliet (2022).
