"Canterbury Park casino and horse racing track has a new restaurant in the works, according to a press release. Expect a kitchen serving “classic American” dishes like smoked wings and steak from a wood-fired grill; an adjacent entertainment venue called “The Stable” offering live music and games; and a sprawling 18,000-square-foot patio.
