Kin No Tori Ramen Bar Opening This Fall Across from Ponce City Market, Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"I'm hearing that the owners behind Alpharetta ramen shop Ramen Bar by Hajime plan to open Kin No Tori Ramen Bar this fall at Midtown Place on Ponce de Leon Avenue, across from Ponce City Market. Co-owner Sean Kim hopes to have the ramen bar open by mid-September, just in time for soup season in Atlanta. The menu highlights a chicken broth–based ramen made from scratch without the use of artificial flavors or additives, and the restaurant will also offer a variety of Japanese street foods and yakitori (skewered, grilled meats).
