"A Pennsylvania-based frozen-sweets shop known for Northeastern-style Italian ices, frozen custards, and gelati is opening an Austin-area location in Round Rock; the Round Rock storefront will be franchised by Salvatore Raccuglia (who plans four additional Austin-area locations) and there is already a location in New Braunfels.
