"An OC brewery, The Bruery has partnered with Top Chef winner Brooke Williamson for a trio of new beers — their second collaboration. I learned that although Williamson closed her popular Playa del Rey spot The Tripel, she plans to serve these beers at nearby Playa Provisions, and the collab includes a beer–wine hybrid called The Vine, a huckleberry-fruited tripel, and a thyme-flavored spiced stout." - Matthew Kang
