Two Boston-Italian Restaurants Are Opening in Bee Cave This Fall | Eater Austin

"Opened January 30, 2021 at 12432 Bee Caves Road, this fine-dining Italian restaurant draws direct inspiration from Boston’s North End and offers pasta, seafood, and other composed dishes alongside beer, wine, and cocktails. Led by owner Chris Meroff and executive chef Tim Lane—who studied and cooked in Italy for nearly ten years and whose résumé includes Rome’s Michelin-starred Glass Hostaria as well as New York’s wd~50 and several Austin venues—the kitchen emphasizes classic Italian techniques and seasonality. Dine-in and takeout are offered, with COVID-19 precautions such as social distancing, mandatory staff masks, guest masking when not seated, digital menus, and hand sanitizer; hours are 4–8 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday, and 4–9 p.m. Thursday–Saturday, with takeout by phone at (512) 401-8113." - Nadia Chaudhury
