"Bar Avize is the swanky, Gen-Z sister to the Alpine restaurant Avize in West Midtown. Find fireside seating and relaxed bar fare with cocktails here. The drink names are cheeky and aimed at a younger crowd, with names like Touch Grass, Green Apple Vape, and Quit Jerkin My Gherkin (you’re hip, we get it), but the artistry is worth noting. The clarified citrus with the gherkin brine in the last cocktail is right on trend with pickle-centric drinks. The menu is designed by Jason Swaringen and managed by beverage director Taurean Philpot, who also put together a tight wine list at the bar.
