"A handcrafted chocolate shop known for beautifully hand-painted bonbons and other in-house confections has opened a Fort Worth storefront at 5182 Marathon Avenue in the Shops at Clearfork. The proprietor, a former executive chocolatier at Chocolate Secrets in Oak Lawn, grew the business from making chocolates at home with support from the Trinity Groves incubator and now produces nearly 18,000 bonbons per week; this is the first concept from Trinity Groves to expand into a second stand-alone location. The shop offers 26 signature bonbon flavors—including strawberry basil, mango habanero, sweet potato, and red wine & berries—alongside candy bars, caramels, desserts, ice cream, and seasonal items such as chocolate skulls and filled pumpkins for Halloween and “Carl the Snowman,” a dark chocolate shell filled with powdered drinking chocolate mix and mini marshmallows, in winter. Store hours are Monday–Saturday 10 a.m.–9 p.m. and Sunday noon–6 p.m." - Alaena Hostetter
