"The latest outpost opens in Arlington at 1707 N Collins Street in the Champions Park entertainment district near AT&T Stadium. I note the 3,024-square-foot space has an expansive two-story patio, lots of televisions for future game watches, and neon signage with puns about tater tots. Owners Jake and Janie Burkett, who delayed a planned mid-March opening because of the coronavirus pandemic, are launching the spot to serve their comfort food for takeout—customers can order online via The Biscuit Bar app or DoorDash—and say they’re grateful for continued support across the metroplex. The menu focuses on biscuits topped with pulled pork, fried chicken, sausage, and ribeye, and also highlights creative tot toppings, like taco meat–topped tater tots or tots with toasted marshmallows." - Adele Chapin
