"A compact cocktail bar led by beverage veteran Nelson Kazan and brothers Kris and Fred Lelcaj, designed with a Japanese hi-fi–inspired aesthetic—deep red walls, dim candlelight, and a red neon “Cocktails” sign—offers a focused drinks program and lively nighttime programming. The 1,200-square-foot space seats up to 49 and highlights a tequila-based “Bingo Bango,” a rotating wine list featuring Italy, France, Slovenia, and Austria, live DJ sets, rotating food pop-ups, and rooftop access with sweeping views of the historic market; the team also plans to activate the lower level (the former Bunny Bunny) with a new iteration of Fred’s." - Serena Maria Daniels
