"The Paulus Hook neighborhood in Jersey City has a new Latin American restaurant and bar with Honduran roots. Perquin (85 Morris Street, at Washington Street) opened last week from Bryan Girón (who cooked at Barbuto, Shukette) and Christopher Jones (Eataly, Barbuto, Carbone, Shukette).
