"A new counter-service restaurant at 110 East Martin Luther King Drive in The Square, adjacent to the new Hops & Grain brewery, is slated to open this summer. Called Industry, it will be open for lunch, dinner, late-night service and eventually brunch; seating is mostly communal and, though counter-service, there will also be servers to take additional orders. The menu—created in collaboration between Cafe Josie owner Cody Taylor, chef Todd Havers, and consultant Harlan Scott—is centered around a smoker that uses Texas live oak and is described as “decidedly healthy,” with the promise that “everything that can be smoked, will be.” Its Instagram touts burgers, sandwiches, salads, and fried squash rings, and the restaurant plans to offer a 10 percent discount for those in the service industry." - Erin Russell
