The spot’s most popular cocktail picks boast bourbon — and the restaurant’s Manhattan, dubbed Turini Pass, is no different. Crafted to be the perfect fireside companion, it blends Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Barrles, a juniper-forward alpine liqueur, pine-smoked black-tea infused amer, a vermouth blend, bitters, and a palo santo tincture.
