"January bandwagon dieters have a new healthy option in Green Hills: I note the new Chopt Creative Salad Co. at the Mall at Green Hills makes salad the center of the meal and features an assortment of cold and newly released warm bowls, with more than 18 dressings (no added preservatives) ranging from Mexican goddess to vegan-friendly lemon tahini. Founded in New York City in 2001 by Tony Shure and Colin McCabe, Chopt has grown to a family of over 60 restaurants across several states, and this is its second Nashville location (the other is in Brentwood). The Green Hills spot seats over 100 with communal dining areas, comfortable booth seating, and outdoor seating, and will open at 2126 Abbott Martin Rd, Nashville, TN 37215, with hours of 10:30 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Saturday and 10:30 a.m.–8 p.m. Sundays beginning January 16." - Delia Jo Ramsey
