"I dropped into a lowkey Inner Sunset haunt where a DJ set thumped behind the bar, and — in an otherwise foodless space — Debra Dong and Winn Child-Phillips’ pop-up sends over a zhuzhed-up California roll with real Dungeness crab. The bar’s vibe is music-forward and casual, and it now serves as a regular residency for the rotating It’s Just Fish pop-up, which brings high-quality sushi offerings into the otherwise bar-focused room; the pop-up is scheduled to appear there on Thursday, January 26 and on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month." - Paolo Bicchieri
