"Opening its second location in Fulshear on August 25, Orleans Seafood Kitchen will occupy 6230 FM 1463, Suite 550, serving the Louisiana fare the Katy original is known for — seafood gumbo, etouffee, po’ boys, chargrilled oysters, and crawfish when in season. Owned by Houstonians Chance Comstock and Marcus Payavla, the 5,400-square-foot restaurant will seat about 120 in the dining room and 48 at a full-service bar that offers an expanded wine and liquor selection plus the restaurant’s signature frozen drinks; a 1,400-square-foot patio seats 48 and is outfitted with multiple TVs for watching sports.
