"Enjoy a brunch buffet in the hotel’s elegantly appointed Drake dining room from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Buffet items include shrimp cocktail, chef-carved prime rib, seared salmon with caviar and champagne cream sauce, roasted pear and brie bread pudding, and a dessert display loaded with pies, cakes, mousse cups, and other festive treats.
