Oceanside’s First Fine Dining Restaurant Matsu Opens September 30 | Eater San Diego

"Opening September 30, I found Matsu to be a sleek, modern 48-seat restaurant in Oceanside offering a frequently changing $140 multi-course modern Japanese tasting menu that employs both Japanese and locally sourced ingredients; it will serve dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Monday.
