All the Cherry Blossom-Themed Menus to Look Forward to This Month

"Gerrard Street Kitchen, located within the Darcy Hotel, has developed a can’t-miss culinary experience. After admiring the blossoms, taste the spring flavors through a selection of four expertly crafted cocktails ($18 each) and one mocktail. Then, dine on a three-course dinner ($59 per person) starting with an Asian ginger sesame salad, followed by orange blossom miso glazed sea bass paired with crispy rice, bok choy, and shitake mushrooms. Complete dinner with a decadent floating island adorned with orange blossom, crème anglaise, passion fruit puree, and toasted almonds." - Vinciane Ngomsi
