"If you've ever stood in a grocery aisle craving restaurant food instead of cooking, this market-to-table concept is clearly aimed at you: launched inside Town & Country in partnership with restaurateur Ethan Stowell, Field House is a “market-to-table” hospitality brand (not part of Stowell's ESR empire) whose menu leans on salads, pizzas, and sandwiches with seasonal flourishes — right now there are a lot of tomatoes — and benefits from T&C's high-quality ingredients. Stowell says T&C has “the best ingredients in the city,” he helped design the menu and is providing hands-on training for the team.
